Which operating systems can I install on the VPS?

You choose the OS at checkout: Debian 11/12, Ubuntu from 18.04 to 24.04, Rocky Linux 8, CentOS 7/8, MikroTik RouterOS and Windows Server 2019, 2022 or 2025. Windows and RouterOS are part of the standard offer, not a separate product. Thanks to KVM virtualization, each system runs as a full, isolated machine.

How do I set up the free BGP session?

Accepted Answer

Order a VPS and request the session through a support ticket. We support as-set objects, verify your ASN and prefixes against IRR/RPKI databases, and then you can announce your own prefixes straight from the machine. The BGP session itself is free with every VPS.

Can I upgrade my VPS later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can move to a bigger plan at any time, up to 64 GB RAM, paying only the prorated difference. Downgrades are not available, so it is worth starting with a smaller plan and growing as needed.

Yes. Every VPS is covered by the multi-layer MatShield system with XDP/eBPF filtering. The multi-terabit protection is always on and included in the price of every plan.

Yes. The MatHost panel supports subusers, so you can grant co-administrators access without handing over your own login details. This works for VPS machines as well as game servers.

Yes, you can increase your server resources at any time. The fee will be proportionally adjusted to the remaining subscription period, while we do not offer the ability to reduce server resources.
